1. Subscription & Hardware Lock

Our Enterprise licenses are strictly locked to physical Hardware IDs. A user cannot login from an unauthorized device. To authorize a new device, clients must send an official email to support@bd-software.com and pay the required upgrade fees.

2. Single User License

The Single ISP edition strictly operates on a local offline database. All credentials reside within your local device. Transferring the license to another device is prohibited without explicit permission.

3. 1-Year Subscription Fair Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

If you purchase a 1-year subscription (manual offline order) and decide you no longer wish to use the service, you are eligible for a fair refund. We will calculate the cost of the months you have used based on our regular monthly pricing. The remaining balance will be fully refunded to your account within 15 working days.
